SUMMARY:
DESCRIPTION:Back to Friday Film Club\nROCKETMAN is an epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John’s breakthrough years. The film follows the fantastical journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into international superstar Elton John. This inspirational story — set to Elton John’s most beloved songs and performed by star Taron Egerton — tells the universally relatable story of how a small-town boy became one of the most iconic figures in pop culture. \nWe spent the summer out in space with the Universe of Stories summer reading theme in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the First Man on the Moon\, so it’s only natural we come down to earth with Rocketman!\nFor September our Friday Films go from men to women…Click here to see our September Films. \nFilms are shown Friday Afternoon at 1 PM in our upstairs theater for adults 18 & up.\nHot Tea\, Pastries & Popcorn served and discussion after all movies.
