Please be advised that the Media-Upper Providence Free Library Annual Board of Trustees Meeting will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 7pm. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at the Front Street Fountain located directly across from the library. During the annual meeting, voting will take place for new Board seats.

We are looking for a few good volunteers that would be dedicated to helping keep our Library shelves neat and organized. We have openings for afternoons on Tues., Wed. and Thurs. and on Friday mornings. Please email the director at medirector@delcolibraries.org if you need more information and/or an application, or you can pick up an application at the circulation desk during regular hours.

We would like to share this note of thanks from DAP for pajama donations. We have been collecting pajamas for children of all ages for months participating in the Pajama Program project. We were able to share YOUR generous donations to The Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County.  Please consider donating Spring/Summer weight pajamas (size Newborn – XXXL). We will accept them at the Library and donate them to DAP.

The Board and staff members of the library would like to thank all of the volunteers that made the April library book sale successful. It takes an enormous amount of work, time, planning, organization and physical labor to pull-off a book sale of this size. Your dedication to the library is appreciated.
